Change: +9.1%

Average Days on Market
Dec. 2016: 94 Days
Dec. 2017: 76 Days
Change: -19.1%

When you look at the average listing price and the days on market, you get the picture of a fast moving market with highly valued homes - and that's correct. However, the most interesting picture comes together when you look at the amount of homes sold in Dec 2017:

Dec. 2016: 1848
Dec. 2017: 1858
Change: +0.5%
